THE LIGHTHOUSE
⚒️ Friday Abroad (21st August):
TYAM – Tbilisi Youth Art Market (Georgia)
Category: The Showcase / International Art Market, Gallery Representation & Emerging Artist Platform
The Opportunity: TYAM (Tbilisi Youth Art Market) is an international contemporary platform in Georgia dedicated to launching emerging, independent, and unrepresented artists into the global art ecosystem. Held in the cultural hub of Tbilisi, TYAM operates across two main sections: artists aged 17–25 and 25+ unrepresented/independent artists.
The "Lighthouse" Advantage: TYAM isn't a passive exhibition; it is an active market and networking bridge designed to connect physical makers, sculptors, painters, and mixed-media artists directly with international gallerists, collectors, curators, and institutional buyers. The curatorial framework centres on "Coexistence"—bridging generations of practice and giving independent creators direct commercial and gallery access without needing traditional representation beforehand.
The Benefits: Direct public visibility and physical exhibition space, direct artwork sales with no middleman barriers, portfolio reviews, and invitation to VIP collector opening sessions and curated panel discussions with international gallerists and curators.
Event Dates: 25–27 September 2026.
Maker Level: Emerging, Independent, and Unrepresented Artists (All media welcome).

The stories behind my artwork, the opportunities in The Lighthouse, and the reflections of the Morning Muse are my ways of keeping the lamp lit for our creative community. These resources will always be free to access. If they have found you at the right time, consider fueling the forge to help keep the fire burning. Your support, in any amount, is deeply appreciated.
